The Only Recipe You’ll Ever See Here: Low Calorie Yogurt Pie

Low calorie blueberry yogurt pie

I’m really never been into cooking or recipes at all. (The only exception is baking Christmas cookies.)

But I found this super-easy, healthy and low-cal dessert that can be made using only one hand! (My left hand is heavily bandaged from carpal tunnel surgery July 16 and I’m not supposed to lift more than one pound with it, so I can make that claim and vouch for it.)

Low Calorie Yogurt Pie

Mix 16 oz. of low-cal fruit yogurt and 8 oz. fat-free Cool Whip, and pour into a graham cracker crust. Top with fresh fruit (same kind as yogurt) and refrigerate overnight.

Made mine with blueberry yogurt, sprinkled a few blueberries on top, mixed it by hand, and it was yummy!
