A new year and a fresh start! Here are my 2017 life goals (New Year’s resolutions):
1) Learn Spanish. Am excited to be taking a 14-night cruise around South America with my friend this year and we’re both trying to learn as much Spanish as we can before we go. (At least she took Spanish in high school!)
2) Keep trying new fitness activities. Some possibilities for this year are: kettlebell classes, footgolf, bubble soccer and whatever else sounds unique and interesting.
3) Stay on Weight Watchers to reach goal weight. Only 14 pounds to go…
4) Walk an average of 68,000 steps/week.
5) Go on kayak trips with the local women’s kayaking meetup group. (Did their New Year’s Day trip and got to check this one off the list right away!)
6) Continue decluttering the house.
That’s it! Seems do-able. What are your resolutions?

The best workouts are with dumbbells. Have you tried them? Regularly
Yep, go to Body Pump every week — and love it!
